Superior Masterpiece Thread is a fine, 50-weight/2-ply long-staple Egyptian cotton thread that is ideal for general purpose hand and machine sewing as well as hand and machine quilting.

For machine sewing, use Masterpiece in the bobbin with King Tut or other decorative threads through the top needle. Masterpiece is very low in lint which reduces how often you need to clean out the bobbin area of your sewing machine. It can also be used for heirloom-style machine quilting, where Masterpiece is used both through the needle and in the bobbin, for fine detailed quilting designs.

Superior Masterpiece Thread can be used for hand piecing, hand appliqué and for piecing and quilting miniatures. Its fineness minimises any bulk in the seam allowances and lets the thread sink well into the fabric.

Superior Masterpiece can also be used for dressmaking and other textile crafts and for general bobbin use.
