Schmetz needles are amongst the finest engineered sewing machine needles in the world.

Schmetz Stretch Needles have a medium ball point and a specially designed eye and scarf to prevent skip stitching with elastic materials. They can be used for elastic fabrics and elastic knitwear.

The groove on this sized needle is suitable for most medium- and heavy-weight threads.

This pack contains five (5) needles. For best results, use a new needle for your project.

If you experience skipped stitches when using this needle, try changing to a size 100/16 Universal needle. The top thread should nestle easily into the groove on the front of the needle shaft. If it doesn't, change to the next larger needle size.
