Shipping

Our shipping charges are based on the combined weight of items in your cart at checkout. All domestic shipping charges include UK VAT as required by UK law. International and CI orders are charged ex-VAT.

2022 Notice: from October 2022, we are dispatching all items using TRACKED service, apart from very small orders. This is because of Royal Mail industrial action. Royal Mail states that during the 19+ days of industrial action, no untracked mail will be delivered but as many TRACKED 48 and TRACKED 24 packages will be delivered as possible, even during industrial action. 

Our base price for domestic shipping and handling is £3.99 (including VAT) for small, untracked items. All other items, over 270g, will start at £4.99 for TRACKED 48 service, with an option to upgrade to TRACKED 24. We understand that this may add an extra £1 to your P&P costs, and we apologise, but at least iyour order will stand a lot better chance of actually reaching you during industrial action and you'll be able to track it to see where it is en route.

Almost all orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail. We use the following four domestic services:

Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48, RM TRACKED 24 and RM TRACKED 48 depending on item size and value. We upgrade to TRACKED on all high value domestic orders at no additional expense to the customer.

International orders are almost always sent using a TRACKED service. For low value international orders, customers may opt for a less expensive standard (untracked) service, but do so at their own risk because we are then unable to track the item.
