Shipping

Our shipping charges are based on the combined weight of items in your cart at checkout. All domestic shipping charges include UK VAT as required by UK law. International and CI orders are charged ex-VAT.

We dispatch all items using Royal Mail TRACKED service, apart from very small orders. 

Our base price for domestic shipping and handling is £3.99 (including VAT) for small, untracked items. All other items, over 270g, will start at £4.99 for TRACKED 48 service, with an option to upgrade to TRACKED 24. 

Almost all orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail. We use the following four domestic services:

International orders are almost always sent using a TRACKED service.
