The Splash rotary cutter has a vibrant aqua handle and is contoured for comfortable cutting with integrated grooves at the head of the cutter help prevent finger slippage.  There is a quick blade change feature and a blade cover for additional safety. The cutter includes one 45mm blade.  Refills are available separately.
