This circle cutter allows you to cut accurate circles with ease. It works like a pair of compasses, with a point for positioning the centre of the circle and a fine sharp blade for cutting the fabric as you rotate the cutter about the centre. It has precise markings for cutting circles from 1.5cm diameter to 22cm diameter. It can also be used for cutting circles from paper, film, acetates and thin card.

The cutter blade is retractable. The cutter also comes with a protective cap that fits as a safety cover over the blade and blade housing when the cutter is not in use, and a rubber pad to rest the positioning point on to protect the fabric against pinholes in the centre of each circle. Five spare blades are provided in a snap-shut plastic case.
