It can be used on all fabrics from the finest silk to the toughest leather or denim. Made from 100% viscose. Supplied on a snap spool - click top open, wrap loose end of thread into snap spool top, click shut --keeps thread tidy during storage.

We recommend a Schmetz Embroidery 75 needle with this thread. You can use the same thread in the bobbin; alternatively, if you prefer a cotton bobbin, try YLI Soft Touch or Superior Masterpiece for a lightweight 100% cotton bobbin thread that will balance well with this Madeira Rayon thread.
