Reserve your longarm quilting week with New Threads Quilt Shop.
Choose your preferred week from the booking dropdown, then complete checkout to pay the £25 frame reservation fee. This secures your place on our longarm frame and is deducted from your final quilting cost.
A note about matching thread at checkout
You do not need to add “matching thread” at checkout when booking your longarm reservation. Quilting thread is included in the longarm quilting price and we will discuss thread colour with you when you bring your quilt top in. The matching thread option is intended for fabric orders.
How your reservation works
- Choose your preferred quilting week from the dropdown above.
- Complete checkout and pay the £25 reservation fee.
- Bring or send your quilt top, backing and wadding to us before your reserved week.
- When your quilt comes in, we will measure it and discuss thread colour, quilting design and any special requirements.
- Your quilt will be quilted during your reserved week, and we will contact you when it is ready to collect or arrange return delivery.
You do not need to decide every detail before reserving your week. Your reservation simply secures your frame time, and we will guide you through the quilting choices when your quilt comes in.

Please choose your quilting week carefully. If you need to move your reservation, please contact us at least 4 weeks before the start of your reserved week. We cannot cancel or move a reservation within 4 weeks of the reserved week. If your quilt is not ready or you are unable to bring or send it in for your reserved week, the £25 reservation fee will be retained because that frame time has been held for your quilt.
