Gutermann Topstitch Thread

Heavy-weight polyester thread on 30 metre spools

Gutermann Topstitch is the thickest of the Gutermann threads. It is suitable for decorative top stitching, hand-sewn button holes, dolls' faces and other stitched embellishment applications. Gutermann Topstitch can be used for hand and machine sewing.

For machine stitching with Gutermann Topstitch, we recommend a thinner thread in the bobbin such as Gutermann Extra Strong or Gutermann Natural Cotton. We also recommend a sharp, large-eyed machine needle such as a Schmetz Topstitch 100.

Gutermann Topstitch thread is:

• 100% polyester
• Washable to 90 degrees C
• Safe to tumble dry
• Safe to iron up to 3-dot heat
