Gutermann Spun Silk Thread is a very high quality, lustrous, 100% silk thread with a beautiful sheen. It can be used for hand and machine stitching. It is excellent for embroidery, topstitch, quilting and any decorative use where luxurious silk thread would enhance the finished project.

For best results, we recommend you use a Schmetz Embroidery 75 needle with this thread.

Gutermann Spun Silk may be washed in a cool wash and ironed on a one-dot setting. It is not suitable for tumble drying. It may be dry cleaned.
