Whether you are a complete beginner or want to brush up your cross stitch skills, come along to this class and learn some tips for charting and stitching your counted cross stitch patterns. Learn to make the back of your work as neat as the front, how to travel your thread across design elements, and other nifty tricks to create dazzling cross stitch designs. We'll be working on this lovely Mexican flower inspired chart design in class, worked on 14-count Aida cloth and using DMC or Aurifil 6-strand threads.

Please bring the following items to class with you:

14-count white Aida cloth sized to your own requirement, but allowing for 15cm x 29.6cm (6" x 11.5") design in centre. You may wish to purchase a piece sized for a cushion (18"+ square), or just to frame (10" x 14") etc. It's your choice. (Please note, you can bring 16-count Aida if you like, if you prefer a smaller finished design)
