Our shipping charges are based on the combined weight of items in your cart at checkout. All shipping charges include UK VAT as required by law. UK orders will be sent by Recorded Delivery. Please select either First or Second class as per the schedule below. For very lightweight items (such as needles or a single spool of thread, i.e. < 100g) please select Second and we will upgrade your shipping automatically to First Class. WE OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF POSTING, BUT IF YOU WOULD LIKE GUARANTEED INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, YOU MUST SELECT THE TRACKED SHIPPING SERVICE SO THAT THERE IS A TRACKING CODE. ROYAL MAIL AIRSURE SERVICE PROVIDES INTERNATIONALTRACKED AND SIGNED FOR DELIVERY. WE WILL NOT UNDERTAKE TO POST VALUABLE PACKAGES OVERSEAS WITHOUT PAYMENT FOR TRACKED SERVICE.
We cannot ship packages in excess of 1.9kg to international addresses. Please contact for instructions if you need more than 1.9 shipped to an address outside the UK. We may be able to split your order into two parcels.
DOMESTIC RECORDED SERVICE: We are shipping all domestic parcels via Recorded Service. We offer you the choice of Second Class Recorded or First Class Recorded shipping. Recorded delivery provides peace of mind for you, as we can then trace your parcel if it is not delivered within the expected time frame.
