Superior Masterpiece Thread - 600 yards - colour 113 Peony

Superior Masterpiece Thread is a very fine quality 100% extra long staple Egyptian cotton that is ideal for general purpose sewing, machine piecing patchwork pieces or for use in the bobbin when using King Tut or other decorative threads through the top needle of the sewing machine. Superior Masterpiece Thread can also be used for hand piecing and for heirloom style machine quilting, where this fine thread is used both through the needle and in the bobbin for very fine, detailed quilting designs. This thread is also a very good choice of thread for piecing and quilting miniatures, as it's thinness minimises any bulk in the seam allowances. Masterpiece thread is a good choice of thread for hand applique; the thread is very thin and sinks into the fabrics well. Masterpiece can also be used for dressmaking and other textile crafts and for general bobbin use. Superior Masterpiece Thread is one of the thinnest 2-ply cotton threads available, yet has a good tensile strength. Nasterpiece has very little lint, so use of this thread reduces the frequency of needing to clean out the bobbin area of your sewing machine.
