You also know what it's like when someone else steps on a pin which may have escaped your sewing project and embedded itself in carpeting.

Meg's Verdict: This good old-fashioned magnet is also a really useful tool to have to hand when you drop the entire box of pins onto the floor. 'Allegedly.' (Ooops...don't ask me how I know this!)
